Vehement opponents of TV dullard Piers Morgan are closely monitoring the developments of a landmark case in India involving a son suing his parents for his own procreation.

Indian business man Raphael Samuel believes that his non-consensual birth opens his life up to the potential of suffering that he didn’t subscribe to and is seeking punitive damages from his immediate family by way of recompense. A firm believer in an anti-natalist philosophy, Mr Samuel believes that humanity is the sole reason for the degradation of the planet and life would be better without it.

In a recent interview with the BBC, Mr Samuel was quoted as saying
“There’s no point to humanity. So many people are suffering. If humanity is extinct, Earth and animals would be happier. They’ll certainly be better off. Also no human will then suffer. Human existence is totally pointless.”

Should Mr Samuel’s milestone lawsuit prove to be successful, legal teams in the UK are on standby to utilise the ruling to question the relevance of prominent Z List celebrities responsible for their own brand of suffering caused purely by their existence.

It is believed that subpoenas have been prepared in readiness to issue to Mr Morgan’s biological parents on the conclusion of the trial in Mumbai. This publication also understands that Gemma Collins’ mother Debbie has already gone in to hiding and may be seeking refuge in the subterranean underworld of Brentwood.
